Very versatile product
I used plasti dip on my wooden framing hammer. It was everything I was hoping for. A nice sticky grip also helping with vibration.
The application I used this product for was insulating broken/cracked spots on my welding leads on my welding truck. The combination of waterproofing, electrical insulating, and and ease of application was perfect. The leads stayed flexible and I was able to apply several layers as needed on the bad spots. I can keep using these leads for awhile now I imagine.
I am disappointed to not be able to find or purchase a small container of clear dip. Seems like only gallons are available, far too much for what my crafts need.
Product works excellent.
You need to make a snap on lid, you dont use it all the frist time.
It made my tool look good.
I am so pleased with this product my orginal purchase was the blue after about a month or so of having it I finally used it, it is such a satisfying experience both for me and the tools, love the quality and ease of use I then purchased the red for my craftsman tools and haven't opened it yet, I transfer the excess in a mason jar in between coats and then transfer into the orginal container for deep application dipping because neither one of my containers came with a plastic lid I assume that's standard with this product but the mason jar works perfect the product goes a long way I still have ~3 or 4 ozs of the blue and i dipped four hand tools with four coats each but again really please with the affordability and quality of the product thanks guys
