Liquid Tape is a brush-on rubber coating that can be used in place of traditional electrical tape. Its unique and easy application method provides long-lasting electrical insulation in hard-to-reach places without gumming up or breaking down over time. Unlike other liquid-based insulators, Liquid Tape can be peeled away if needed, making for a more flexible insulation solution.

FAQ
Does Liquid Tape insulate live wires?
Yes, Liquid Tape is perfect for low-voltage applications such as sealing cuts or frayed wires, weatherproofing splices, wiring, and terminals, or coating wires in tight housings where traditional tape may be too bulky to apply.
Does Liquid Tape hold up on boats and other marine applications?
Yes, Liquid Tape is specifically designed to create airtight, waterproof, and UV-resistant seals that are ideal for protecting boat wiring, terminals, and bilge pumps from moisture, corrosion, and vibration. Unlike standard electrical tape that degrades and cracks in the sun, Liquid Tape stays flexible and durable under extreme conditions.
Is Liquid Tape conductive?
No, Liquid Tape is a dielectric insulator intentionally formulated to block electrical currents. However, keep in mind that the formula contains conductive solvents that evaporate during the curing process. Always disconnect power before application and wait until the Liquid Tape cures before reconnecting power. Use at least two coats per application, see product label for full application instructions.
