The product appears to be working as advertised. I’m not sure what the long term use will be, however am satisfied with product so far.

Great! Idea isn’t perfection but prolonging the life of the dishwasher rack and this product does exactly that.

We noticed that rusted sections of our washing machine rack were creating stains on our Corelle dishes. I decided to use ReRack for the repair.After using a Dremel to remove most of the rust, I dabbed on some Permatex rust converter and let it dry overnight.The following day, I applied 3 coats of ReRACK to each area. Putting down a light coat every 30 minutes seemed to provide a nice amount of build up.The repair has been holding together just fine for a month. The Permatex that I dripped over the rack has turned a brown color (seen in the picture), but the ReRACK has maintained its dark grey color.I'll most likely update this review if the repairs start to fail.I originally wished there was color that more closely matched the light grey of our dish washer, but since applying the repair I've started to care a lot less about it.

I hadn't been using my dishwasher for a few years. I had even forgotten what its problems were. One of the problems was several large places on the racks, that had completely uncovered metal, which had rusted quite a bit. Another was a leak, while a third was that the soap despenser was not working. We aren't working on our house, because my husband is flipping the house next door, which stopped us from working on ours. I've wished for the use of my dishwasher, and decided to do what I could to make to usable. I replaced the rubber gasket around the door, and looked for something to coat the rusting spots on the racks. You were the place I found with the ReRack product. While waiting for it to arrive, I cleaned and sanded down the exposed metal spots on both upper and lower racks. Then, I let them dry thoroughly. When your product arrived, I took the bottom rack out to an old wooden picnic table to apply the ReRack to the rack. I had imagined that it would go on smoothe like a new rack. Even though the repared places didn't look like a new dishwasher rack, I was still very pleased with the coverage and usability I got back by coating the rack with your ReRack product. I highly recommend this product to anyone that has exposed metal on their dishwasher racks. This stopped the rust from staining of my dishes. My dishwasher still leaks a little bit (I can catch this with a couple of paper towels stuck under the door), and the soap dispenser still doesn't dispense the detergent (I just set a pod in the bottom of the dishwasher), however I have been able to wash dishes in it with a little TLC. When we get through with the house next door, we will start working on the kitchen in our house, and I am sure we will get a new dishwasher. Thank you for your product. I am so glad to be able to wash dishes in my dishwasher, again.

Covered rust spot on bottom rack of dishwasher. Appears to be solid.

My dishwasher desperately needed something to fix the rust. This item says it needs good ventilation and it does. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to remove the upper rack from the dishwasher. It was smelly and we kept the window open and ceiling fans on. That said my dishwasher looks great and the rust is gone! Totally worth the price since we didn’t have to replace racks or the entire dishwasher.

It comes a bit thick which can make it a bit ugly, I mixed in some naphtha (zippo lighter fluid) until it became thin enough to glob together smoothly. I don’t love the large brush it came with and I’d suggest finding a nail polish brush for it. It also seems to dry a bit harder than the older stuff which is nice.

Great Product!!!Maybe more expensive compared to others, but this material really works well.MUST shake the bottle very well, since the material is quite thick which enables an easy application.I applied multiple(3) applications over a 2 day period which renewed my dishwasher rack.

Kind of works. Starts to peel off after about twelve washes. Easy to use.

Didn’t realize how bad of shape my racks were in until I went to use this. Be sure and use in well ventilated area, strong lasting odor even after drying. Thick coating with paddle brush to apply with. Color matches perfect. Used it to basically rebuild the back part of the rack because the wires were so eaten up. Just used it so I don’t really know how long it will last, but mine is an extreme case, so if rust is early caught, it should work very well and last for a while. Still cheaper than replacing racks which is almost as expensive as a new dishwasher.

This was a bit expensive sine the last time I purchased a similar product and brand ! Had no choice since there wasn’t any other options and yes the product works! The color options were none ! My racks are light gray and this product is dark gray ! So it looks crappy but it did cover all the worn spots and stopped the rust accumulated on the racks since I removed all of it before applying this paint!

Love the concept and the company. Great price and delivery. My problem is how globby the product is. This is my second bottle and both have been very globby and difficult to apply.
